Comfort - Half Board

• Prices are per person and day for a minimum three-day stay and include the comfort half board program.
• Your entire family will feel at home in our comfortable, roomy lodgings. All the rooms have their own shower and WC and are furnished with telephone and TV, hair-dryer, safe and balcony.
• And in the mornings, you can dive into our ample breakfast buffet.
• In the evenings, we will spoil you with a 4-course meal featuring both typical local and Italian cuisine and a salad buffet.
• Bike garage with small workshop and bike washing facilities

General Information

• Your room will be ready for you as of 1 PM on the day of your arrival. On the day of your departure we request that you vacate your room by 10.30 AM.
• For stays under 3 days there is a 10% surcharge.
• Extra breakfast: 15 €, extra evening dinner: 35 €
• Package deals can only be paid in cash.
• Single room surcharge: 20 - 30 € per day
• Surcharge for suites (only 1 room): 25 % per person over the comfort half-board price
• Dogs are allowed with prior agreement (15 € per day without food). We ask for your understanding: animals are not allowed in the dining room or in the wellness areas.
• In case of early departures or missed reservations, 3 days will be charged, according to international hotel regulations.
• There is a town tax of 2,70 € per person (over 14 years of age) and day.

Cancellation policy

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers' Code) – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

• Cancellation from 30 days before the day of arrival: free (In every case the deposit will be retained)
• Cancellation from 15 days before the day of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price
• Cancellation from 8 days before the day of arrival: 60% of the agreed total price
• In case of no-show, late cancellation or earlier departure: 100% of the agreed total price
• In every case the deposit will be retained

Can I cancel my booking free of charge due to Coronavirus?
If due to the recommended measures relating to the corona virus (state of emergency or quarantine) you are unable to move for your holidays, the reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before the planned arrival and moved to another period (addicted to availability).

Children discounts

• Stays for children under 2 are free of charge (meals are not included).
• Children from 2 to 5.9 years have a 50 % discount on the room price
• Children from 6 to 11.9 years have a 25 % discount on the room price
• The children's discount is valid with an extra bed in the parents' room
